If you're foreign turist, with an entrance no long than 60 days, we inform that you can be dispensed of our chilean tax (IVA) in your Cocurantu's account. At you're checkin, you must present on the front desk, your passport and your entrance ticket (PDI).
This benefit can be apply only paying with USD (American dolar).

The rates are based on 2 pax.
The room can be configured: Matrimonial, Twin (2 beds), Matrimonial with additional bed and Triple (3 beds).
Services included in the rate
- Breakfast at Hotel's Restaurant
- Front Desk Service, 24 hours
- Private parking (limited, you must reserve)
- Free Wifi at rooms and common areas
- TV cable at rooms and Restaurant
- Fitness room for free practice. No exercise machine, only practices like Yoga and similars.
- Free Tee/Coffee for our guests, between 14:00 and 19:00
- Heating
Services NOT included in the rate
- Bar in two ways, (between19:00 and 01:30 hrs) :
- Assisted (by Barman/Barwoman)
- Honesty Bar, when is not assisted. This is self-service modality
- Hot Tub (must be demanded 6 hours before on Front desk)
- Massage session (coordinated with external staff)
- Special services for special occasion (Flowers, Chocolates, Sparkling)
- Private Airport transportation (coordinated with external staff)
- Yoga, pilates, physical conditioning (coordinated with external staff )
Services NOT provide in this Hotel:

General Policies About Kids:
- Every room consider Breakfast Service for 2pax, served at the restaurant between 8:30am and 10:30am. If it's needed, the Hotel could arrange an early breakfast without cost. Ask for it at the front desk before 20:00pm.
- Check In: 15:00pm Check Out: 12:00pm
- 5 years old or up, needs adittional bed wich includes breakfast
- Babies under 1 year old we have 1 crib (reservation is needed)
- More than 1 kid between 1 and 5 years old in the same room, you must consult.
- About extra beds: 1 per room
- Pets are not allow
